Who provides RASLO
RASLO is provided by Designbase. Contact contact@raslo.app for product and licence support. These terms cover the RASLO application and website. Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record under its buyer terms.
Your files and your work
You retain your rights to source media, project files and exported work. You are responsible for having permission to use imported content. You may use your own exported work commercially, subject to the rights in its source content. RASLO processes media and saves projects on your device.
Free and paid access
Free supports the advertised basic effects and output limits. Pro adds advanced effects and output features within the supported technical limits. Monthly Pro costs USD 9 per month. Annual Pro costs USD 97.20 per year and saves 10% compared with twelve monthly payments. Lifetime costs USD 129 once. Applicable taxes and the final total are displayed at checkout.
Subscriptions and cancellation
Monthly and annual Pro renew automatically until cancelled. Manage or cancel the subscription through your Lemon Squeezy purchase receipt or My Orders. Cancel before the next renewal. Access continues through the paid period and ends when that period expires. Failed payments may enter a recovery period. Unpaid, expired or paused subscriptions do not receive new Pro authorisations.
Lifetime and updates
Lifetime is a perpetual licence to use the purchased RASLO version, including updates through v1.x. Future paid major versions, separately sold products and third-party services are excluded. Perpetual use still requires the licence checks described below.
Two devices and offline use
Each paid licence supports two active devices. Activate with your purchase email and licence key. Initial activation requires internet. The app periodically checks the licence and issues a signed offline authorisation for up to seven days, bounded by the paid subscription period. Deactivate an old device before moving to another. Cancellation, expiry or refund limits paid output while local editing, project access and backups remain available.
Refunds and billing help
The voluntary automatic refund guarantee is available once per buyer across all RASLO plans. Repurchasing, changing plans or receiving a new licence key does not reset it. The initial payment for monthly, annual or lifetime Pro is eligible for a full refund within 14 days of payment, even if the app has been used. The latest subscription renewal is eligible within 7 days. Eligible buyers can request an automatic refund in Licence management after activating their purchase. The server verifies the purchase, payment date and refund status. Only a single-product, single-licence payment can be refunded automatically; mixed orders, partial refunds, duplicate charges and unresolved technical problems require support review at contact@raslo.app. Expired windows are not eligible for automatic refund. Mandatory consumer rights and Lemon Squeezy buyer terms remain unaffected. Cancelling alone does not refund a past payment. An approved full refund revokes Pro access and stops subscription renewals; local projects remain available. Offline authorisations may remain valid for up to seven days. Refunds are sent to the original payment method; bank processing times vary.
Acceptable use and availability
Do not share, resell or publicly expose licence keys, bypass licence controls, attack the service or use it to violate another person’s rights. Output formats, sizes, codecs and performance depend on the app version and device. Keep independent backups. RASLO and its licensing infrastructure may need maintenance and may change as versions evolve.
Rights, responsibility and changes
RASLO’s software and branding belong to their respective owners. Third-party components have their own licences. Applicable mandatory consumer rights remain in effect. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available and liability excludes indirect losses. Material changes to paid conditions apply prospectively and will be communicated where required. Contact us to resolve a dispute.
