Contact the team
Email contact@raslo.app with your order number, app version, operating system and a short description of the problem. Avoid sending a complete licence key in an initial support message. A redacted screenshot is usually enough to begin.
Activate Pro
After purchase, open your Lemon Squeezy receipt or My Orders to find the licence key. In RASLO, open the plan and licence panel, choose Licence activation and enter the purchase email and key. Keep an internet connection for the first activation. The app confirms the two-device limit and stores a signed authorisation securely.
Manage devices
Open Licence management and choose Deactivate this device before moving to a different machine. Deactivation frees that device’s slot. If an old machine is lost, contact support with proof of purchase so we can help recover a slot.
Manage a subscription
Use your Lemon Squeezy receipt or My Orders to update payment details, cancel or review billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically. Lifetime is a one-time purchase for perpetual access to the purchased version with v1.x updates.
Offline use
Free works locally. Paid access needs online activation and periodic verification, with a signed offline window of up to seven days. A subscription authorisation cannot extend beyond its paid period. If verification fails, reconnect and choose Check licence again. Your projects remain available.
Refunds
Automatic refund is available once per buyer across all RASLO plans and does not reset on repurchase. Open Licence management to check eligibility: initial payments have a 14-day window, and the latest renewal has a 7-day window. Prior use does not affect eligibility. A full refund revokes Pro access and stops future subscription renewals while keeping local projects. If automatic refund is unavailable, contact contact@raslo.app for billing errors, technical problems or mandatory consumer-rights requests. Include your purchase email and order number, not your full licence key.
