Controller and contact
Designbase operates RASLO. For privacy questions, access, correction or deletion requests, contact contact@raslo.app. This policy describes the RASLO desktop app, its licensing service and raslo.app. It takes effect on November 4, 2026.
Media and projects stay on your device
Source images, video, 3D models, editing parameters, tracking analysis and saved projects are processed locally. The licence API does not require uploads of source media or project files. If you voluntarily email a sample for support, the contents of that email are processed as support correspondence.
Purchase and licence data
Lemon Squeezy collects payment, billing, tax and purchase information under its own privacy policy. RASLO receives order, product, variant, subscription and licence identifiers, purchase email and relevant payment or licence status. The app creates a random device identifier to enforce the two-device limit. The server stores licence credentials encrypted and uses signed, device-bound tokens for offline access. To prevent repeated automatic refunds, it retains keyed hashes of the Lemon Squeezy customer identifier and normalised purchase email, together with the related refund reference and timestamp. These are pseudonymous records, not anonymous data. They do not contain card details or a history of your editing activity. The app uses the operating system’s secure credential store for desktop licence data.
Why these data are used
Purchase and licence data are used to deliver paid features, confirm the correct buyer and environment, validate subscriptions, prevent licence abuse, process refunds and answer support requests. Processing supports the purchase contract, legitimate security and operational interests, and applicable legal obligations.
Infrastructure and international processing
Cloudflare hosts the website and licence API and stores licence-session records. Lemon Squeezy processes checkout, subscriptions, receipts and licence issuance. These providers can process information in the United States and other countries where their infrastructure operates. Website fonts and animation libraries are served from raslo.app rather than third-party font or animation CDNs. Hosting and security infrastructure still process ordinary network request data such as IP address and browser information. Review each provider’s privacy information for its own processing practices.
Security and retention
Network transport uses HTTPS. Licence credentials are encrypted at rest and app authorisations are digitally signed. Licence-session records are retained while needed to provide and secure the licence or handle a dispute. You can request deletion, subject to records that must be retained for legal obligations or fraud prevention. Operational audit records in the licence database are pruned after 30 days. Refund processing records and pseudonymous buyer-refund markers are retained separately while needed to honour the one-time guarantee and prevent repeat abuse. Deletion requests are reviewed in light of applicable legal and security obligations; deleting local app data does not reset purchase history. Lemon Squeezy retains its payment records according to its own obligations. Local projects remain under your control until you delete them.
Website storage and communications
The landing page does not add advertising analytics or marketing cookies. Hosting and security providers may use their own essential mechanisms. Browser app previews use a random installation ID in local storage and temporary licence state in session storage. Desktop licence credentials use the system credential store. Support email includes information you choose to send. Sending email to a RASLO address may involve Cloudflare Email Routing and the destination mailbox provider.
Your choices and rights
You can use Free without a purchase, manage subscription billing through Lemon Squeezy, deactivate a device in the app and delete local projects yourself. You can request access, correction, deletion or restrictions by email. We may verify ownership before disclosing or changing purchase records. Depending on your location, you may also have portability, objection and complaint rights. RASLO does not intentionally solicit personal data from children.
Policy changes
We update this page when the data flow or providers change and show the effective date. Material changes will be communicated where required. Questions can be sent to contact@raslo.app.
