Refund policy

Effective date
November 4, 2026. This policy applies to RASLO purchases processed by Lemon Squeezy.
One guarantee per buyer
The voluntary automatic refund guarantee is available once per buyer across all RASLO plans. Repurchasing, changing plans or receiving a new licence key does not create another guarantee. After a previous refund, further requests require individual review. This limitation does not remove mandatory consumer rights or remedies for billing errors and product defects.
Initial purchase
Your initial monthly, annual or lifetime payment is eligible for a full refund within 14 days of payment. You may try and use the app during this period. Activation, editing or exporting does not by itself remove eligibility.
Subscription renewals
The latest monthly or annual renewal payment is eligible for a full refund within 7 days of that payment. Automatic refunds cover the latest payment only, not every previous billing period. A completed full refund ends Pro access and stops future renewals. Cancelling a subscription without requesting a refund retains access through the paid period and does not refund previous payments.
Request an automatic refund
Activate your purchase with its email and licence key, then open Licence management and check refund eligibility. RASLO verifies your authenticated purchase, product, payment date and refund history with Lemon Squeezy. If eligible, review the amount and confirm the refund. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider determines when the credit appears.
When automatic refund is unavailable
Automatic refund is unavailable after the relevant deadline, for an already refunded or partially refunded payment, for an unpaid payment, or when purchase ownership cannot be verified. Orders containing multiple products or licences need support review. The app displays the status and disables automatic submission when eligibility is not confirmed. Never submit a second request while an earlier refund is awaiting confirmation.
Pro access and local files
A full refund revokes the associated RASLO Pro access. The requesting app clears its paid authorisation after confirmation. Other devices lose access on their next verification; an existing offline authorisation may remain valid for up to seven days. Your media, projects and backups remain on your device.
Exceptions and consumer rights
This automatic-refund policy does not restrict mandatory consumer rights or Lemon Squeezy buyer protections. Contact contact@raslo.app with your purchase email and order number for duplicate charges, delivery failures, unresolved technical problems, or a request that requires individual review. Do not send a full licence key in your initial message. Lemon Squeezy may separately issue refunds under its buyer terms and risk policies.
